Marine Generator Engine Block Heater, powered by Yanmar engines, feature low sound and vibration levels, efficient size, and built-in sound shields. Mase GenSets combine practical design with Italian style. With 10 diesel-powered marine generators ranging from 2.2 kW to 29 kW, Mase GenSets are powered by reliable Yanmar diesel engines and cooled by an exclusive Intercooler System. The marine generator cooler system creates a capsule of internal re-circulating air that assists the heat exchanger’s internal cooling, keeping the engine and alternator at their ideal operating temperature while significantly reducing the ambient temperature outside the GenSet. Digital gensets offer three network options for viewing genset status information. In addition, network interface broadcasts in the SmartCraft Networked protocol, or, in SAE J1939 CAN protocol, which is well suited for boats which already are using a J1939 network for digital or computer display These networked marine generator systems simplify and consolidate transmitted data from several sources, including the marine generator, through a common database to a common display located conveniently for the user’s viewing. The user can view genset status, including AC voltage, AC frequency, coolant temperature, oil pressure, battery voltage, and genset hours; be alerted to a pre-alarm condition; and, if the genset shuts down, view the notification and diagnostic message in text. The common display frees up valuable space previously taken by multiple monitoring devices.
