Tank Heating

Tank heating solutions are used for freeze protection and maintaining fluid temperatures in small, medium and large-volume, industrial storage tanks. Typical applications for electrical tank heating of tanks and vessels include:

  • Freeze protection of low and medium viscosity fluids (e.g.water, ammonia)
  • Temperature maintenance for medium viscosity fluids (e.g. oils, resins)
  • Crystallization prevention (e.g. caustic soda)
  • Condensation prevention (e.g. fly ash in conical bases of silos)

A Wolverine Heater will provide tank heating freeze protection in cold weather reducing wear and tear on vessels and preserving the integrity of their contents.

Dear Sir,

Some months ago I purchased a sump heater from you. I can tell you its fantastic. I live in Western Australia in the wheat belt where in winter the temp drops only to -3 but the oil in my engine is nice & warm, The engine heats to op temp so much faster now saving me lots of $$$$ on petrol i.e. running a rich mixture to op temp. The EFI unit only puts in the fuel required so the faster warm-up the more fuel I save. Great product & thanks a lot...
